I have over 15 years experience in personal training and physical therapy. I am capable of working with all types of clients. I look forward to helping you on your fitness journey.
With many different certifications, such as NASM-certified personal trainer, women's weight loss specialist, fitness/nutrition specialist, TRX certifications and experience working with special populations Including clients with Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's and Pre/Post op physical therapy patients. I also have experience working with older clientele. What ever your fitness level may be I can adapt.
Starting a new fitness routine is tough. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, including exercise and eating right you can successfully change your life for the better. All you have to do is want it.
